There is a "comment" feature in Excel.
Just click in the cell
Then click the INSERT menu
Click COMMENT
A yellow box will appear - type your comment here.
Click outside of the cell when you are done.

You will notice a small red rectangle in the top right corner of the cell. Simply position the mouse pointer over the red arrow and the comment will appear.

Now, getting that to work with Jaws is another question - can't help you there!

Could you please answer this questions for me.

When i have a cell or formula in excel and i want to put a comment in that
cell How do i go about doing that?
How do i hide the commenht from the cell once i have put a comment in that
cell or formula?
Please let me know how i do this with Jaws 37.
