In my experience as a wheelchair user, Southwest is one of the best airlines
to fly. I bet that they will soon make their site accessible, not because
they are being sued but because they seem like a great company that will do
what's right.

COURT DISMISSES ADA WEBSITE ACCESSIBILITY CASE
A federal court in Florida has dismissed a lawsuit which
sought to require Southwest Airlines to amend its website to
ensure that it was compliant with the Americans with
Disabilities Act.  The court ruled that southwest.com is not
a "place of public accommodation" since that definition
requires a physical place and thus does not fall within the
statute.  Case is Access Now v. Southwest Airlines.
