To practitioners in psychiatry and clinical psychology, any
diagnosis should be stigma-free, but since the majority of
sociopaths are not at all harmless in the real world, i would
certainly view such a label as an insult--just as calling someone a
Nazi is rarely an attempt to describe political affiliation.
