Today at 2pm Eastern time, CSPAN will be airing live a disucssion on the
prosecution of war crimes tribunals.  Panelists include Gabrielle Kirk
McDonald, the current President of the International War Crimes Tribunal,
as well as the Bosnian and Rwandan Ambassadors to the U.S.  If you are in
