I agree, there can't be, which is what said...

Sounds like an interesting book. I'll look for it, although I think I
already know what some of the "secrets" are.

I should add that I am actually Canadian but we have something similiar
to the Federal Reserve-- the Bank of Canada. In fact, I am using
information written about the Federal Reserve to better understand my
situation here in Canada. Americans are more critical of their banking
system then Canadians, and therefore make more information available.
