It is a definite fact that he has. Consider the Cambodia case, where he
and Herman compared the Cambodian genocide to that in East Timor. They
were similar in absolute numbers killed, but the Cambodian was
exaggerated in the press, including faked photographs, forged refugee
testimony, etc, while the (US-backed) Timor genocide was ignored. The
result of this study was that it was claimed that he "denied" the
Cambodian genocide; that he compared it in size to another genocide was
never mentioned, as the other genocide was committed with US backing,
and hence unmentionable.

This is exactly the kind of thing such a FAQ should address.
