    Well, Spikey, I have seen no one complain about Andrej's English nor have
I claimed to be knowledgeable about Serb history or culture.  However, If you
wish to, or are capable of conversing in Serbo-Croatian or some other Slavic
language I would happily support your being allowed to do so on this list.
Of course Andrej may whine and attempt to manipulate the list members and the
moderator into removing or silencing you unless you say that which is
acceptable to him.  Besides, his English is just fine unless he is attempting
to use it as an excuse for limiting the expression of opinion by others who
do not agree with him.;-)
