Exactly.
 Chomsky is an anarchist and this fact is, very oftenly, conviniently
avoided.
My suplement to statements made by Chris is that although every citizen has
a duty to withstand it's goverment misdoings ( because every State is a form
of organized crime),
citizenry of an Empire are even more responsible and moraly obliged to
confront the institutions which perpetuate genocidal imperial politics....
