Subject: Has Genocide has been perfected?

Hitler and Goebbels were actually great teachers.
The lessons gleaned from the Nazi era produced a
near fool-proof "Rx for Genocide, American style:"

Use UN for cover.
Choose small defenseless nations and populations.
Dehumanize and demonize selected victims and their leaders.
Claim you are champions of "Justice", "Human Rights" and
    "Democracy."
Bomb and destroy entire infrastructure "from the safety of
    great heights and long distances."
Target civilians to "send a message."
"Leaflet" the civilians telling them your "quarrel is with
    their government, not with them."
Impose/enforce unprecedented sanctions and economic controls.
Deny civilians adequate food and medicine.
Commit mass murder by starvation and preventable diseases.
Maintain piety and self-righteousness.
Blame the victims.
Maintain regime of threats to intensify fear and suffering.
Maintain round-the-clock terrorism with air sorties and bombing raids.
Pretend your state terrorism will end when the victims overthrow
their government and install a puppet regime they select.
Sit back and gloat over your genius in getting away with genocide!
