Is it a violation of American law to e-mail a foreign government? I'm
thinking of Neutrality Act-type stuff.
IF NOT, here is the e-mail address to the UN Mission to the UN.

I would think, if it is not a violtion of law to say, that any foreign
government that depends on US policy as heavily as that of Mexico would
have to consider US public opinion, since even a vocal minority can, as
history bears out, sway American policy. If this is true, wouldn't many
e-mails from Americans expressing outrage over Mexican policy in Chiapas be
enlightening??
