an act of violence against women and girls too. worst of all it's an
enviormentally learned behavior.

it is a fact of life that the men of the war in bosnia-herzegovina raped
an unknown number of innocent women and girls on all three battle grounds.

QUESTION: how are we to deal with these men? yes, i also am a victim of
their acts of violence not so much because i am a woman but rather because
without a humane way to make right the wrong, in order to bring an end to
this kind of violence against women and girls, indeed, reduces rape as a
natural product of evolution.

we don't need any more laws, laws that can't be enforced for one reason or
another. in other words, the issue that is being raised here is that
punishment is not the answer but rather a healing process is needed to
restore individual lives, heal communities, all for the sake of restoring
social order. i'm talking about restorative justice.

search the webpage for restorative justice and see if you agree or
not. and if you agree, what next?
