Good news from SoBe and Tetley, both received today. SoBe was contacted through the website form (www.sobebev.com), and Tetley was contacted via email at [log in to unmask] Both responses were prompt.
I'd love to encourage everyone individually to email all the relevant companies with your gluten enquiries, so hopefully they'll get the idea that there are a stack of us with similar concerns. However, for those of you short on time, the replies are below.

We are happy to provide information on any of our ingredients. Here at SoBe we use only the finest ingredients to make our products. To guarantee consistent quality, each ingredient must pass our high standards, rigorous quality control tests and strict bottling procedures. All of our ingredients are safe for consumption and approved for use in beverages.
In response to your question, all of our products in Canada are Gluten free. The only product we make with gluten is the Sports System which comes in plastic bottles and is not available in Canada. So you have nothing to worry about.
