I got a bread machine forChristmas, and had a series of disasters trying to
make GF bread, until this weekend. Get a copy of *More from the Gluten
Free Gourmet*. The author has several excellent recipes for bread
machines. They are quick, easy, and need only two bowls (three with the
machine bowl.

It's worth it.
