Celiac Disease Foundation
regretfully announces that

Arletta Johnson

passed away on October 26, 2005.

Arletta was a CDF member as well as a support group leader for many years
and helped hundreds of people.

The family has requested that in lieu of flowers donations can be made to
Celiac Disease Foundation.
