I heard back from Hershey today.  They were very polite and
understanding about allergies. They said that the Cadbury
Fruit & Nut is currently gluten free.  They will no longer guarentee
their products through a list because they have no control about
how the equipment will be used in the future or on new products.

As of today, the line is gluten free.  A month from now it may not
be or may be used to produce a product that is not GF.
