I have been reading the listserv and noted somebody said Rice Chex has been
reformulated to eliminate barley malt for molasses, so today I eagerly
looked for it on the shelves of HEB supermarket. All the boxes had barley
malt listed in their ingredients. Does anyone know number 1 am I getting
the tail ends of the older product on my supermarket shelves, or number 2
when it was reformulated had they not possibly changed their box? If it is
indeed now gluten free, or more correctly, made without gluten, I suspect I
am seeing older product. Does anyone have info regarding this matter before
I fire an email off to Chex.com and inquire at HEB? thanks, Dorina
