Hi,

I have just unknowningly ingested a very good quantity of gluten...  Can
anyone please help with ANYTHING that might make this reaction a little
less bad??!!  I work in admitting in a hospital so I might be able to
get stuff from emergency if necessary....

It is very urgent, I am stuck at work and can't leave.....
