Hi list,
I have been GF for a few years, but have been working in outdoor
environments. I am now doing more indoor activities, with more
social contact with people. I find that with the GF diet I am eating
more ethnic foods with strong garlic and other flavors than I ever
used to do in social settings. This is making me self conscious
about my breath. What types of gum and other portable breath
fresheners are easily available and GF? Unfortunately I get
migraines from aspartame, so I would rather deal with sugar's ill
effects than artificial sweeteners.
If I get useful answers I will summarize. Thanks!! --mel
