Recently I saw a post on the list about vegetable broth in waterpacked tuna.
I looked on my StarKist tuna can and sure enough it was there.  I have not
seen a reply to the earlier post,so that is why I am posting.  I have called
StarKist tuna today at 1-800-252-1587.  I have a standard statement I read
off when I call any manufacturer.  The customer service rep read off all the
ingredients used in the vegetable broth.  It is all various vegetables plus
soybeans.  She then asked if I happened to be looking for gluten.  I don't
mention gluten up front. For my own personal reasons I have found that they
sometimes can't get past the word.  I told her yes and she went on to give
me a fairly good explanation.  I feel very comfortable in consuming the
StarKist tuna, based upon my call.  Hope this helps some of you out there.
