Below are two Celiac Conversations that will be held in teleclass format
this month. These provide information that is helpful to people living
with celiac disease. These teleclasses provide a forum for persons to
talk with one another about how they have coped with these life
situations. There will also be time for questions to be asked concerning
the topic. As a life coach Kathi Griffin supports people in working
through life issues that present a challenge to living the life they want.

Teleclass 1 – Celiac Conversation: Develop an Attitude that Gets You Want
You Need and Want
The doctor has given you your celiac diagnosis and you’re relieved to have
a name for all the health problems you have been dealing with. Your
dietician has outlined for you the new eatin
g plan you are following to
get well. You’ve read a few celiac websites to garner more information.
You’ve even attended a local support group session or two. After several
months, you’re clearer about the reality that this diagnosis and diet and
daily details are for the rest of your life. At times you ask
yourself, “How can I continue to do this?” During this free Celiac
Conversation, we will discuss seven attitudes that can help you get what
you need and want to stay healthy. Along with this information, this
interactive teleclass (group conversation on a conference line) will
include time for you to ask questions and share things you’ve found
helpful. The teleclass will be held at two times: Tuesday, May 10, at 8
pm ET and Thursday, May 12, at 3 pm ET. To register for this teleclass go
to www.celiacsupportcoaching.com and click on the teleclass date and
time. Information concerning c
onference line will be sent after
registration.

Teleclass 2 – Celiac Conversation: Participating in Parties, Potlucks and
Picnics
You have just signed up for the neighborhood Progress Dinner. Your spouse
asks, “How are you going to manage that? What are you going to eat?”
Once again you are confronted with the loss of freedom around eating at
social events. May is the month for graduation parties and pot lucks.
Memorial Day weekend is the start of the picnic season for many of us.
Include all those June weddings and the need to think through eating in
social situations can be overwhelming. During this free Celiac
Conversation, we will discuss seven attitudes that can help you
participate in summer food events with more ease and comfort. Along with
this information, this interactive teleclass (group conversation on a
conference line) will include time for you to ask questions and share

things you’ve found helpful. The teleclass will be held at two times:
Tuesday, May 17, at 8 pm ET and Thursday, May 19, at 3 pm ET. To register
for this teleclass go to www.celiacsupportcoaching.com and click on the
teleclass date and time. Information concerning conference line will be
sent after registration.
