Thanks very much for the replies. Recommended restaurants:

Sausalito: Buckeye Road House.
Angelino's Italian Restaurant (. A small family run restaurant, nice,
but not formal. They have an excellent Fruta de Mare (sp?) seafood
salad (appetizer)that is just seafood and a few veggies with a light
citrusy vinaigrette, fresh grilled fish and rice
Tiburon:. "Guayamas" (Mexican. Most of their dishes involve corn masa
and not much wheat. They bring fresh made corn tortillas to your table
with salsa. . Their seafood and fish dishes are really good
Inverness: Manka's : best place for dinner (special and rather pricey,
but fabulous)
Point Reyes" Point Reyes Station House /Cafe (2 recommendations)several
choices, good chilli, grilled fish with veggies
                La Quinta: Tex Mex
                Tony's: seafood
