thanks to all who responded. i recieved many thoughtful and helpful replies.

1. one person mentioned sulfite sensitivity to consider when experiencing reactions.

2. it was suggested that a person may need adrenal support when first starting thyroid meds to give
body time to adjust to having normal thyroid levels. also some people cant tolerate the t3 in the
thyroid extracts and need to use the t 4 type med. may have to try many different brands. they
recommended the book WHAT YOUR DR. MAY NOT TELL YOU ABOUT HYPOTHYROIDISM by Dr. Ken
Blanchard.

3. the book MASTERING LEPTINS by Byron Richards was reccommended for balancing hormones and
preventing disease. this person's hypersensitivity improved greatly on this program.

4 2 articles were sent from Dr. Mercola's website. a. 2000/aug/27/adrenals.htm b. 2005/may/31/
diabetesdiease.htm another online article about balancing hormones through diet
zonebasics.com/getting started 3.htm there is also a book called the zone diet.
another helpful website was glutensensitivity.net.

thanks everyone.
