Gluten-free Resource Education Awareness Training (GREAT) announces new
restaurants trained in and assessed on the protocols of preparing
gluten-free meals.  

 

GREAT Food-service is a program of the National Foundation for Celiac

1.       Fresh Brothers Pizzerias in Redondo Beach, CA and Manhattan Beach,
CA both have been trained in GREAT.  Their gluten-free menu can be found

2.       Select locations of Pizza Luce in St. Paul, MN and Minneapolis. MN
have been trained in GREAT.  Their gluten-free menu can be found at
www.pizzaluce.com

3.       Stefano's Ristorante Italiano in Mount Laurel, NJ has also
completed GREAT and is now offering gluten-free options in their dining
room, for take-out, and through their catering service Basalmo Catering.
