Gluten Intolerance Group of North America runs a gluten-free summer camp on
Vashon Island (south of Seattle/north of Tacoma, Washington) for campers from
six year old through high school age.

Last summer, the president and ceo of GIG cooked at the camp. She is Elaine
I. Hartsook, Ph.D., R.D. She has been serving celiacs since 1974 through GIG.
