I just bought a Toastmaster Breadmaker and I just realized that maybe
only a few of the breadmakers on the market accomodate for Gluten-free
bread. Does Gluten-Free bread need 2 risings or 1? There are only 4
programs, Basic White, Wholewheat, Rapid and Dough which is for buns and
stuff that you have to bake in your own oven. I am not taking the
machine out until I find out about this as I may have to return the
breadmaker. Anyone who has done their own baking with a machine know
about this? I will wait before I actually use it. I only know about
baking conventional bread using 2 risings. Thanks alot.
