Campbell's "Healthy Request" Chicken with Rice soup has recently changed
its ingredients and now includes modified food starch.  In my store, both
the old version of the soup and the new version are on the shelves.  A
representative
of Campbell's (800-257-8443) told me that it is impossible for them to
determine the source of modified food starch in their soups and that
celiacs should avoid cans that contain modified food starch as an
ingredient.  Campbell's still lists this soup as GF but their GF list was
compiled at a time when modified food starch was not a component of the soup.
