I want to first thank you all for your responses to my question about yeast.
I received a lot of helpful information and it greatly appreciated. The
reason I posted the question to the list is because I recently visited a
website that said that yeast was a problem. It specifically said that people
with CD should stay away from yeast so I naturally assumed that the reason
they were saying to stay away from it is because it grows on wheat or
contains gluten. I naturally became confused when I saw products that said
gluten free but contained yeast. Again, thank you all for helping clarify
this. I have the website I am referring to saved on my home computer so
tomorrow I will forward the site information to you all so that you can see
the information I am referring to.
