Is there a gluten-free dishwasher detergent?  My wife is an extreme reactor (allergist says it has developed into a gluten allergy) and has had problems with some bar soap, shampoo, dish soap, fabric softeners etc.  We have just gotten a dishwasher and need to learn about dishwasher detergents so we can find one that is safe for her..

We would very much appreciate any information from the list.
