How does GREAT Kitchens help to keep me safe?

GREAT Kitchens is a train the trainer program. Through a layered
educational approach we empower foodservice professionals to train
their entire staff how serve gluten-free options. Particpants
receive:

GREAT Manual
Online leadership testing
Window decal
Menu review kit
Toolkit including templates for posters, logos, stickers,
press-releases, and employee training documentation.
Bi-lingual narrated training MS PowerPoint for new hire management
Bilingual training DVD for all employees.
Ongoing educational credits if they are members of the American
Dietetic Association or American Culinary Federation

Why the word GREAT?
Gluten-free should not taste nor feel like dirty socks. Gluten-free
can be GREAT! GREAT coincidentally is an acronym for Gluten-free
Resource Education and Awareness Training.

Bon Appetit!
