Thanks to all who responded to me about my up coming trip to Hamden, Ct. about where to buy gluten and dairy free products. All told me about a store called Thyme and Season on Whitney Avenue, Rte 10 in the Mt. Carmel section of Hamden, just a few miles south of Quinnipiac College open until 7:30 pm during the week. Their phone number is 203 407-8128. They have a large selection of GF items both frozen and packaged.
