FEATURED SPONSORS:
The Birkett Mills
Namaste Foods
Celifibr
Mona's Gluten-Free

These manufacturer's have donated samples for us to try out. We are
seeking volunteer bakers to prepare their mixes for our meeting. If you
can assist, please call Sue Gefvert to obtain a baking mix. Call
878-5100.

POTLUCK: Please bring a gluten-free dish of your choice. Please write
up the recipe for what you bring along so that we may include it in our
next newsletter. Having the recipe available is also helpful for those
individuals who are sensitive to other foods to know what ingredients
were used to prepare the dish.

For further information, please contact Sue Gefvert at 207-878-5100.
