OK, so I feel like I've hit a brick wall with my GI. He's been great and diagnosed my Celiac disease, but he doesn't seem to understand all that comes with it. He did send me to an endocrinologist and he ran every imaginable test. But when it came down to two questions, I couldn't get answers from them.

1. Why was I hungry for 2 months straight, gaining weight like crazy.
(Endo again ran more tests after GI said go to Endo and Nutritionist. My research showed this is common in people with CD and it would subside. It did, but 10 lbs later. But neither would say it's related to CD.)

2. Even being 4-5 months into being GF I was still exhausted. Could I have CFS or is this related to CD? Could I at least get a doc's note for work, because it's impacting my job. I know my iron levels are normal and nothing else showed thyroid wise. Should I get B2 levels checked. (GI refused to give me a doc's note, says it has nothing to do with CD. Because iron levels are normal my B2 levels should be fine. To contact Endo for note and B2 test. He refused to give me a note or help.)

So for any of you in the Piedmont/Triad area of NC, do you have any recommendations? All my own research has shown my conditions are related to CD so I can't handle another doc telling me I'm nuts and refuses to help.

Thanks for help and any advice.
