I apologize for not getting back to the list with all the wonderful web
sites and suggestions as to what I can send my noncompliant sister with Celiac
Disease. I don't want to harp on her as it's her decision not to follow a GF
diet, but I feel it's my place to provide her with information at least once.
Perhaps it shouldn't bother me, but eating together as a family is
infuriating as I watch her eat all the bread, soy sauce, etc.

I thank you all for your help!

  SUMMARY

The best websites to start with are:

Helpful web sites:

_http://celiachealth.org_ (http://celiachealth.org/)

This is my favorite:
_http://celiacdiseasecenter.org_ (http://celiacdiseasecenter.org/)

It is for the celiac disease center at Columbia University. It is very well
respected. It is also where the International Symposium was held in November.
They have all the most up to date information.

Please go to www.celiaccentral.org This is the National Foundation
for Celiac Awareness. Click on the "Do I have Celiac?" link. They
have a lot of information on their site, including the videos of the
interviews on CNN done by Heidi Collins.

The Gluten File is a great place to look for articles. The articles are
arranged as to associated diseases.

It mentions some of the complications under the sub-section "Complications".
