As I am the new subscriber to the list I would like to welcome
everyone.

The celiac's live in Poland is rather difficult. In my family
city - Szczecin (400 thousend citizens) there is the one only
store providing GF products. The selection is very low, and if one
wants to buy a bread, he/she has to order it a week earlier.

>From time to time I go to Germany and I could make some shoping
there. Unfortunately I don't know the German language and thus
cannot read labels. I would very appreciate ANY information
about GF products in Germany, store chains providing them,
basic German GF vocabulary, etc...

The summer holidays I plan to spend in Scotland, and also I am
interested in GF life conditions there.

Please note, that apart from gluten, because of allergy, I also
cannot eat eggs, beef, milk and anything derived from it.

thank you very much,
