While I am grateful to Linda Goldkrantz for posting the
McDonald's current GF list, we still need to be cautious.

I mentioned some time ago that at O'Hare airport in the
International terminal, the McDonald's is tiny.  The fryer
for the French Fries is right next to, and slightly below, the
fryer for breaded products.

Crumbs can and do get in the fryer for the French Fries at
that particular McDonald's.  When I inquired, I was told not
to buy the French Fries by the manager.  They are cross-contaminated
with gluten.

This is not a problem in a normal McDonald's where the fryer for the
French Fries and the fryer for breaded products are on opposite sides
of the room.  It is up to each of us to notice the situation at any
particular McDonald's, and if you aren't sure, ask.
