I read about some wheat free/gluten free frozen chicken entrees on this board a week or two ago that sounded enticing.  I emailed the company - sbetterfarms and found out they have a distributor in Houston.  I was able to reach him and he has ordered several types of the frozen chicken entrees to be sent to their one store in Houston.  He says the store manager has agreed to stock the items this once and if they sell well will consider adding them to the inventory.  The shipment should be in next Tues. 9/7.  It'll be a bit of a drive, but I'll be heading to Belden's (99 Braeswood Square 713-723-5670) next week to give them a try for my 7 yr. old celiac daughter.  I've never tried to special order items, but if this works a whole new world of ready made gluten free food may open up for us!
