I have notice some harsh criticisms on this list. I doubt they are
meant to be as severe as they seem. Every one needs to vent their
frustration at times. A seemingly small detail such as gluten free diet
seems petty to most everyone except suffers and their families. People
sometime do not believe this is real.

My question is; are there support groups available? Is there a list any
where? Are there any in St. Louis?

Does anyone ever communicate with other groups? I have a cousin with PKU
who is on a protein restricted. I never appreciated the effort my aunt
and uncle had to struggle with to avoid protein (phenylalanine in
particular). Hidden phenylalanine is as ubiquitous as gluten.
