At least, they think the truffles are gluten-free.
I just called the company.
They think the company they buy the chief ingredient
from - chocolate - for the truffles sells them
gluten-free
chocolate. But they don't test it.

I have eaten the truffles and did not have a reaction,
though IMHO I would not consider myself to be a person
that has a severe sensitivity to Gluten.
