I previously posted a summary of list members' responses to my request for GF dining options in Seattle.  Here's the places I enjoyed eating on my visit.  All these places are downtown or close by.

Coffee &: A Specialty Bakery.  (http://www.coffeeandpikeplace.com/)  This is a totally gluten free bakery in the Pike Place Market. I only had the eclair -- but more than once. It was so good. This is a family business. Every time I visited, the people taking my order were so nice. There is no in-store seating, but there are some tables outside.

Romio's Pizza.  They have a lots of GF options on their GF menu including, pizza, pasta, garlic bread, cheese bread, and sandwiches.  (http://www.downtownromios.com/Gluten-Free-Menu)  I just had a pizza but it was delicious and the server was very nice.  The menu has a disclaimer that says the food is not recommended for celiacs, but I was fine.  As always, use your own judgment.

Blue Moon Burgers has GF buns, GF veggie burgers (as well as GF meat burgers), and a dedicated fryer for fries, onion rings and tater tots.  This is an order-at-the-counter kind of place. http://bluemoonburgers.com/menu/gluten-free/

There is also a GF food cart called I Love My Gluten Free Food.  I got a bowl from them one day and it was quite tasty.  http://www.ilovemygff.com/
