Hi All - I've wanted to do a better job of decorating my gf cakes, cookies, and cupcakes so I am looking into taking the Wilton cake decorating class. In the past when I checked on their items they told me their icings, pipings, and frostings were gluten free but now they are saying no gluten-containing ingredients but made in a facility where there is wheat. They have no information on whether these are on dedicated lines. They claim the other commercial frostings like Betty Crocker are too soft to work with. Has anyone either taken one of these classes or used any of their products? What have you used? Are there similar products that we know are gf that I could use? l will summarize if I get any answers. Thanks everyone.
