I have all of the above conditions and cannot eat any sugar, any type of 
carbohydrate or dairy.  I have now been diagnosed with pre-diabetes. 
Does anyone experience these same problems?  I am to increase my carb 
intake but cannot because I become very ill.  Suggestions for 
treatment--doctor, medical facility?
