     Thanks everyone for your willingness to share what works for you.
     I've reading along for five months now and now have a question.

     After 15 years of eating GF and reading here, I (at 29 yrs old)
     thought it might be time to rustle up some follow-up care.  I'm not
     having any problems, but don't want to find out in 10, 15 or more
     years that I could have done something better along the way.

     I have an appointment with my doctor for a physical next month and
     would like advice on what specific tests I should be asking for and if
     anyone has medical references for me to pass along to him.

     If anyone (USA) has had experience with Kaiser Permanente (an HMO),
     please share with me.

     I plan to go armed with a stack of printouts from this list.  Please
     email me directly.  If you would like, I can post a summary later.
