Do not, do not, do not trust Silver Diner. They have a lot of gf items, none on the entree page, but they do not have proper protocol. Use contaminated oil. 
Ask questions!!! I'd leave if I wasn't with an unsympathetic friend. I already spoke with manager.  I'm in Cherry Hill, NJ. Cross this one off my list.
