Thank you for all of your emails. It turns out the cream cheese is most
likely GF because it is a Kraft product and they always label gluten if it
is present. I really wish they would label a little bit better though. The
just put "modified food starch". It would be nice to see (corn) or whatever
after it so it's more clear.

It looks like Splenda (sucralose) might be the culprit, as many of you have
testified to having trouble with it as well. Just to clarify - I didn't have
diarrhea. I get headaches and feel VERY depressed and fuzzy headed and
tired. I actually was going to call my doctor because I thought I might be
suffering from some mild postpartum depression! (I had a baby 5 months ago.)
I'm going to lay off the Splenda and see how I feel. It would be amazing to
me if it is the Splenda, because it affected me so badly! I haven't had any
since this morning and I am feeling much better tonight.

As a side note, I've been reading a lot about Splenda and it's pretty scary!
It just passes through the body for the most part, but about 15% can be
absorbed and it actually is an unnatural chemical bonded with chlorine. It
apparently wasn't even tested on humans before appearing on the market. Even
if Splenda isn't the culprit in my illness, I think I'm going to stop using
it and just cut more sugar out of my diet instead. That's certainly the more
healthy way!

Thanks everyone!
Christine
