Greetings:

My 7yr old daughter who has both Celiac & Diabetes enjoys the Glutino Corn
Tortillas for her "soft-tacos". However, the labeling on the package does
not list carbohydrate information that I need for administering her insulin
accurately. I've been in contact with Glutino, but they are waiting for the
manufacturer to get this information to them (it has been over 8-weeks now
with numerous calls to Glutino getting the same response). Would anyone out
there in Internet land have the information I need?
