I just saw Phyllis Chinn's posting for GF Oreo's.  Can anyone recommend a
good GF frosting for the filling or an easy recipe for one?  Thanks.

My daughter just got diagnosed and misses Double-Stuf Oreo's.  The glutano
chocolate-o's are good.  But, not a worthy substitute.
