I am making a trip to the Dallas/Fort Worth Area over Feb 4th, 5th and 6th
for business. This will be my first business trip (since being diagnosed) and
will be with other co-workers (who are not celiac) but seem willing to try and
eat at places I can eat at. Any information on restaurants in the Dallas/Fort
Worth area that have knowledge of and are willing to cater to celiacs would be
very helpful and appreciated.
