I vote for Bi-aglut gluten-free pastas, they are made from a combination of
corn and rice.  Taste is just like I remember from years gone past, before my
diagnosis.  I am interested in trying the Pastariso brand though.  I order
Bi-aglut from Dietary Specialties in NY.
