Subject: Garlic Jim's in Seattle
I just wanted to pass the word on to any Seattle people out there that
the Garlic Jim's in the Ravenna area is now ready and willing to serve
you GF pizza. I ordered one tonight. It definitely tasted gluten-free
(the crust was denser with that thick GF chewiness) but it was also
definitely yummy, take out pizza. I love my homemade pizza, but Garlic
Jim's will for sure be on rotation for me. It was a life saver after
sitting an hour in the rain and traffic.

"As someone who lives here, restaurants I frequent include Rositas
Mexican by Greenlake, Blue C Sushi (they have GF soy sauce available and
a GF menu) in the Freemont neighborhood, and Romios in Greenwood
neighborhood has a full GF menu of pizzas and pasta and sandwiches.
There is also Flying Apron in Fremont, and entirely GF cafe--baked goods
and soup/salad type meals.
I find that most Thai places can easily accommodate if you explain well
and that many places are aware of gluten."
