Thanks to those who took the time to reply to my question about the
Fleischmans margarine. Below are the responses I received:

1. I use Fleischmann's all the time. I use the original and unsalted and I
have not been ill.

2. I use regular Fleischmann's, stick or tub, with absolutely no problems.

3. I use Fleischmann's all the time. The no salt stick is dairy and soy
free. The tub is dairy and soy free, but the light stick has soy, and
the regular stick as dairy in it.

4. We eat the Fleischmann's regular margarine and have no problems with it.

5. I have used Fleischmann's margarine and have never had a gluten reaction!
I am very sensitive to gluten. Enjoy!!

6. I use the regular marg in stick and plastic and haven't had any problems.
It has actually worked the best for me so far.

This is definitely helpful to me and I hope it will be helpful to others.
